No guaranteed returns
Zane Capital does not guarantee returns. Target economics are objectives, not promises, and actual outcomes may be lower than expected or negative.
Risk of loss
Capital deployed into an opportunity may be delayed, reduced or lost. You should only participate with capital you can afford to have committed for the stated duration.
Opportunity-specific risk
Each opportunity has its own risks, including counterparty performance, asset depreciation, construction and delivery delays, market and demand shifts, regulatory change and recovery risk.
Liquidity
Capital is generally committed for a stated duration. Reserve funds must remain for more than seven months to qualify for the stated interest, and Grow principal withdrawals require 30 days' notice.
Partner and operational risk
Underlying activity is often carried out by operating or investment partners. Their performance affects outcomes.
